CRM VIP publishes articles to help readers understand customer relationship management technologies and make more informed software decisions. This editorial policy explains the standards we aim to apply to published material.
Scope and Editorial Approach
We prioritize clear explanations of software features, integration requirements, security considerations, pricing factors, implementation risks, and practical questions for vendors. Educational examples should be recognizable as examples. Where we discuss regulated or rapidly changing issues, readers should verify current primary-source materials.
Accuracy and Updates
Software interfaces, fees, product features, laws, and security recommendations can change after publication. We aim to distinguish factual statements from opinions, to cite authoritative sources where helpful, and to correct significant factual errors when identified. An older publication date does not imply that every claim has been verified recently.
Advertising and Commercial Relationships
Display advertising supports the website. Sponsored articles or commercial relationships affecting a page, if present, should be clearly labeled. Advertisements are distinct from editorial recommendations. We do not promise that advertisers or Google have endorsed individual articles or any optional reward. See Advertising & Rewarded Ads.
